The rain stopped and allowed the children and adults of Tungamah to honour the fallen on Anzac Day.

The children who marched were organised by Tungamah Primary School Principal Gemma Whinray and teacher Mandy Burns.

The three flag holders were Dillon Sidebottom, Brayden Einsporne and Liam Williams.

The service was introduced by Greg Ford and conducted by Mark Delmore and Monica Van Roy, it included the song Lest We Forget which was a very moving moment for all.

Wreaths were laid by adults and children with Adam Stapleton laying a wreath on behalf of the Tungamah Hotel Social Club.

The Ode was read by Gemma Whinray.

The Tungamah Hotel Social Club along with Paul Basse from the hotel provided refreshments after the service and were thrilled to see so many people attended the Anzac Day event.
