Stretchers 3/6/162 defeated Triple S 1/4/117

Jeff Russell came up against the infamous Brian Lyons but he had nothing to fear.

Jeff wasn’t letting Brian have a shot. He played tight with good length and won in three straight sets.

Brian Scott and Kyle Hicking had an epic battle. Kyle had Brian moving over the court in the second game winning with some great length.

Brian had to regain his momentum to get this win which he picked up again in the third and fourth.

Connor Phibbs is surprising everyone each week with his natural talent. This week he came up against Xander Smith who will be a real threat for him in the future.

Xander maintained some great shot’s through the match. Connor had a lot more strength which won him the match in three.

The Sparks 2/6/136 defeated The Stayers 2/6/125

These teams were closely matched on the score sheet alas the matches were decided quickly in three.

Cameron Buckingham took the first game to warm up against Andrew McPherson then it was guns a blazing. Andrew couldn’t get out of the firing line losing in three.

Nick Soutter and James Martin gave the audience a great game of squash to watch. They both fought to the end. Nick took the win in three.

Josh Soutter and Damon Kaine were next in line. Josh has the experience under his belt but Damon didn’t give up and fought hard for every point. Josh got the win in three.

Kittens 3/9/217 Defeated The Cubs 1/6/181

Kittens by name but not by nature this week - they had the fury of the lions.

There were marathon matches in all games. Anthony Hammon and Tim Smith got match of the night. There was no letting up from either of them with shots or antics. Tim finally got the win after a gruelling five setter.

Lorraine Wallace had to keep on her toes to maintain the win against Nathan Blick. He fought hard for points in every game and it was always point for point. Lorraine won in three.

Fletcher Swann amazed the crowd against Rocky Leith taking a well fought out win in four games.
