Friends of Yarrawonga Community Health Centre along with staff of the hospital thank the community for its support of the recent high tea fundraiser.

The recent Friends of Yarrawonga Community Health Centre High Tea saw approximately 120 people converge on ClubMulwala for a great afternoon of food and plenty of door prizes.
Jenny Murch from Satin and Stones Intimate Apparel gave a wonderful commentary on her fashions and a special thank you to the four models Judith, Pat, Cheryl and Lesley who did a great job.
Stephanie Kennedy from Community Health opened the High Tea with an informative speech on what support the health centre provides for the public and the work the Friends have done for them.
The lucky raffle winners were 1st prize IGA Voucher Chris Seabridge, 2nd prize Vodusek Meats Shirley Vienna and 3rd prize Thyme for Coffee Voucher Michelle Cochrane.
On behalf of the Friends of Yarrawonga Community Health Centre, Wendy Phillips thanked everyone for attending and supporting the small group of six members who made the afternoon a great success.
“Thank you to Thyme for Coffee for donating a voucher for the raffle and also to the Yarrawonga Chronicle for supporting our event through the paper,” Wendy said.
“To our Friends Liz, Judith, Wendy, Pat, Joan and Cath who work very hard together, thank you and thanks also to Jenny Murch from Satin and Stones plus her models.
“A very special thank you to CEO Alan Rowe, the ClubMulwala Directors and catering team, without their wonderful support this event wouldn’t happen.
“Kerry Ellis and Peter Harbrow do a great job in trying to make everything run smoothly.
“Also, thank you to the Community Health Centre staff for their ongoing support.”
