The Corowa Free Press and Federation Council are embarking on a new initiative to keep people shopping local - the Keep It Local Coupon Book.
Residents in the Federation Council area will receive a coupon book in their mailbox during the last week of August which will be full of exciting discounts and deals on everything from tyres and food to giftware and electronics.
The sponsors of the campaign include Corowa Supa IGA, Howlong IGA Plus Liquor, Foodworks Mulwala and Federation Council.
Throughout the year-long campaign there will be a weekly draw of a $100 grocery voucher.
The weekly winner will be drawn in the Free Press office each Friday afternoon, which will be streamed live on the Free Press Facebook page.
The Free Press is looking for more advertisers to appear in the coupon book.
Those interested in advertising can make an appointment with Free Press Advertising Sales Representative Dale Pegg.
The Free Press will have 500 additional coupon books available at a cost of $10 each for those interested in a second book and they are available for those living outside of the Federation Council area who would also like to participate.
The promotion starts on September 1 and will run until August 31, 2018.
