Beautiful sunshine greeted locals and visitors at the Yarrawonga Mulwala RSL Sub-Branch Remembrance Day ceremony on Saturday.

November 11, 2017 marked the 99th anniversary of the Armistice which ended World War I and at 11am guests paused to observe a minute of silence in memory of all those who died or suffered in the conflict and others that followed.
As has become a great feature of local Yarrawonga Mulwala RSL Sub-Branch services, students were invited to participate in the ceremony with Yarrawonga College P-12 student Jordy McCarthy a guest speaker.
