December 20, 2017

Gayle Pattingale was spoken in glowing terms by ClubMulwala chiefs, President Des O’Meara ESM, OAM (left) and CEO Alan Rowe (right).

After 31 years at ClubMulwala and described as a talent in all areas, Gayle Pattingale, has called it a day.

“Gayle was a star in every area, from Diggers to Restaurant to Office to Bar and ‘Go To Girl’,” ClubMulwala Chief Executive Officer Alan Rowe told the Yarrawonga Chronicle.
“In the twilight of her career, she undertook a PR role - going to resorts and motels getting the word out about ClubMulwala. Gayle was fabulous support with everybody.”
Gayle commenced at ClubMulwala in May 1986 and said she enjoyed her three decades-plus time.
“People who come in you get to know then they come back every year. They like to be recognised,” she said.
“Some of them you feel like really good friends with. People do come back.
“And with the relationships with staff – you make lifelong friendships.”
ClubMulwala President Des O’Meara ESM, OAM congratulated Gayle on achieving 30 years of service. “It’s great service and unusual these days,” he said.
“Gayle was always a happy face and greeted everyone at the front desk with a smile. Always happy, great personality.
“And she could sing! Her favourite song was ‘Happy Talking’. She kept everyone amused! “But I do appreciate her length of service. She’s a lovely, lovely lady.”
Gayle, who has some health issues, is wished good health and happiness in her retirement.
