Yarrawonga Mulwala boasts a unique lifestyle supported by many fantastic organisations.
This was on show on Sunday for the fifth annual Lifestyle Fair brought to the public by Yarrawonga Health, Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourism and Yarrawonga Neighbourhood House at the Yarrawonga foreshore.
The event was again a success attracting many visitors and showcasing a vast array of community groups and organisations
“The event attracted visitors from as far as Albury Wodonga and was well supported by the local community,” Yarrawonga health Community Engagement Manager Jodie New said.
“There was an amazing selection of community groups and organisations for people to engage with, find out about, chat to and join.
“The event encouraged people to connect with others in the community, be more active, and build a sense of belonging by participating and joining a group which benefits others in our community.
“Being part of a community group contributes to happiness and promotes good mental health.
“The organising committee is incredibly grateful for the support of the community organisations and businesses which took part in the event.
“The day was seen by many as a chance to celebrate the opportunities that this wonderful region provides for people looking for a way to connect and give back to this outstanding community.”
