Police divers have recovered a body in their ongoing search for missing Shepparton man Umit Bolat.
The person is yet to be identified but the discovery comes as detectives search for the 45-year-old who was last seen on August 12 in the northern Victorian town.
Police found the body in water about 3pm Thursday near Dick's Island, close to the regional town of Cobram.
Three local men aged 26, 29 and 44 were arrested during property raids on Wednesday and on Thursday were charged with murder.
They are due to face Shepparton Magistrates Court.
Mr Bolat's yellow ute was found two days after his disappearance in a Shepparton supermarket car park with the keys still in the ignition.
He was reported missing by his sister after failing to keep a number of appointments.
Police deemed his disappearance suspicious and launched a public appeal to find him earlier this month.
