Lotus Living Project Director Daniel Smith said the first stage – 65 apartment complex and accompanying wellness centre and spa, pool area, gym, admin and restaurant and bar areas remain on target with accommodation buildings and the pool, gymnasium and other health club facilities coming along well.
“The trusses to the stage one accommodation building have now commenced, along with the internal services such as plumbing, electrical and mechanical to the ground and first floors,” Mr Smith said.
“The concrete slab in stages one and two which includes the bar, reception, restaurant, kitchen and function room has now all been completed. The main steel structure is due to commence after Easter.
“Silverwoods Boulevard has now been all re-landscaped, with new trees all in the centre medium and nature strips. All looking fresh and tremendous!
“The foreshore west walk bridges and landscaping are also now all complete.”
The complex features a unique modern and slick design created by renowned company Cox Architects and is being built by Hutchinson Builders.
Upon completion Sebel Yarrawonga will offer a 117-room boutique hotel and serviced apartments.
