Mulwala 57 defeated Cobram 25
After a few narrow losses the girls are back on the winners list!
It was a strong win against Cobram. While the girls are missing one of their key mid courters, Georgia Glass, it was time to make some swaps around the court to show just how versatile the team really is.
Amazing game from Lara Langford again, keep up the great work! Tess McNamara has been playing fantastic in the WA role, her speed and guidance down the court there has helped the whole attack end improve week in and week out.
Emma and Leah have shown that they can be strong in both defence and in the goal ring, amazing effort girls, what assets you both are!
Each week the young girls are improving, and it looks as though they will be true contenders at the end of the season.

The girls fought hard all day against a very strong side, proving they are up to a challenge.
With what we practised in training showing game day the girls should be very proud of their efforts.
The defensive pressure was fantastic from Milla, Charli, Bobbie, Bell and Rees, getting multiple touches and turnovers.
Nat, Maddi, Skyla and Nancy in mid court and the goals moved well, getting in front of their player which gave plenty of options down the court.
With the girls rotating through all the positions, they are finding their feet, and bringing 100% effort to the court which is a pleasure to see.
Well done girls, great game!
