Backing up her inspired run to the Wimbledon title match, Jabeur ended Garcia's 13-match winning streak with a ruthless 6-1 6-3 semi-final victory over Garcia on Thursday night.
The fifth seed will face the winner of the second semi between world No.1 Iga Swiatek and sixth seed Aryna Sabalenka in Saturday's championship decider.
Jabeur, already the first woman representing an African nation to get to the final four of the US Open during the 54-year professional era, dominated from the outset.
She won the opening set in just 23 minutes and finished off Garcia in little more than an hour.
