Blakey was one of five players who served a club-imposed ban through finals for breaching the Swans' behavioural standards at the Pullman Hotel in East Melbourne.
Swans vice-captain Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, Riley Bice and James Jordon were also stood down from round 24 to the club's preliminary final loss to Fremantle.
All five players are contracted for next year, with defender Blakey signed to the club until 2031 on a deal reportedly worth more than $1 million per season.
Blakey has been linked to a move back to his Victorian home after a report in The Age last month suggested his relationship with the Swans had deteriorated to the point where he had told associates he wanted to be traded.
But Swans list boss Chris Keane dismissed the speculation on Monday, declaring the club was confident of retaining Blakey.
Keane denied there had been tension between Blakey and the club.
"Nick's actually been really good through this whole process and understanding of the club's decision," he told reporters.
"The last couple of months have been challenging on a lot of different fronts, but Nick's been really good and understanding of the club's position.
"We've had no indication from Nick or his management that he's keen to explore anything, so we're really confident that he'll be at our footy club next year."
Keane wouldn't be drawn on whether the Swans would consider a trade if requested by Blakey.
"I can understand the interest at this time of year, but ... we're really dealing in hypotheticals at the moment," Keane said.
The five players had since returned to club headquarters after their suspension and individually offered apologies to colleagues and teammates.
Warner and Jordon come off contract at the end of 2027, while Heeney and Bice are signed until the end of 2028.
Heeney was crowned the club's best and fairest player last week and, in a two-minute pre-recorded video, expressed his determination to continue his playing career at Sydney.
"We've been in constant discussion with their managers mainly, but also with the players as well," Keane said.
"Them getting reintroduced into the club a couple of weeks ago was a good step forward and something that was necessary."
After heavily courting Western Australian product Warner last season, West Coast list boss Matt Clarke said the Eagles would not be in pursuit of the midfielder this trade period.
"Things are pretty clear where Chad sits for next year," Clarke said.
"He'll be at the Swans next year."
Keane added that the Swans are expecting a quiet trade period, outside of key forward Joel Amartey's move to Carlton.
Amartey's switch as an unrestricted free agent was confirmed on Friday, with a second-round pick - currently No.36 - coming back to the Swans.
"This year was more around retention," Keane said.
