Corowa Medical Clinic is hosting a Palliative Care Forum tonight (Wednesday, March 6) from 6.00pm to 8.00pm at Corowa RSL Club. The forum is free and a light supper will be provided.
“We expect and hope to get at least 200 people there,” the clinic’s Practice Manager Kristen Mann told The Free Press.
“There will be a local doctor and representatives from community nursing, specialist palliative care nursing, NSW Ambulance, Corowa Hospital and the Amaranth Foundation, and a solicitor.”
This important forum is a great opportunity for the public to ask questions. The community can be encouraged to consider the plan ahead regarding their support needs.
