The emergency boundaries are along Neaves Road to the north, Tonkin Highway to the east, Cooper Road to the south and Strawberry Place to the west.
"You are in danger and need to act immediately to survive. There is a threat to lives and homes," the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) said in its warning on Saturday evening.
It advised residents to leave for a safer place if the way was clear.
"Do not wait and see, leaving at the last minute is deadly."
Residents who could not leave were advised to get ready to shelter in their homes.
A watch and act warning has been issued for other parts of Bullsbrook and Muchea, with a possible threat to lives and homes.
DFES said the bushfire was moving fast in a northeasterly direction and was not contained or controlled, with 150 firefighters battling the blaze.
