Since the release of his acclaimed album ‘The Occoquan River’, Irish songwriter ‘Gallie’ has gone from strength to strength, constantly working, and has also toured, in the past year alone, Brazil, France, England, Ireland (twice) and his adopted home of Australia.
He has just returned from an epic eight-month tour of Europe with shows booked throughout Victoria, NSW and Western Australia, before heading back to Brazil to headline the Folk Stage at the MDB festival in Caxias Brazil.
Two of his songs have been on the UCS FM radio playlist daily since November, 2018. Both songs have reached the top five most requested songs. (UCS FM radio has over two million listeners).
With a bag of new songs ready to record, Gallie will return to the studio this year to record his eagerly awaited follow up album to ‘The Occoquan River’.
Gallie plus special guest Cyril Moran will be live at the Publicans Daughter this Saturday, August 17 from 7.30pm. Admission $35.
