Kick the week off with a fun lunch that will entice little ones to eat their lunches!
In the lunchbox:

Apple slices – to avoid browning soak apples in a salt water solution of a generous pinch of salt to one cup of water for 5 minutes. Rinse off and dry before packing.

Before you get packing your school lunches read these tips first!
Check your school guidelines around lunch packing with regard to prohibited food items and how many containers the school needs such packed in
Pack school lunches at home in the lead up to school to get an idea of how much they will eat and to ensure that they can open and close their lunchbox
Pack lunches the night before and prepare food in advance where you can.
Try and offer a mix of favourites and foods you know your kids will eat along exposing your kid to new food regularly
If food comes home uneaten, offer it for an after-school snack or with dinner, sometimes kids are just too busy and overwhelmed to eat at school.
