Kids Fest with a difference

By Yarrawonga Chronicle

Yarrawonga Mulwala Kids Festival is back again in a slightly different format than previous years with Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourism and Business excited to present their fourth annual Kids Festival – Back To Basics.

The Yarrawonga Mulwala Kids Festival is an eight-day event from July 4 – 11 2020 with events usually held at locations from Bundalong to Burramine, Yarrawonga and Mulwala, with the fun filled program promising the opportunity to experience something different every day.

Due to restrictions with COVID-19 the event will run a little different this year as there will be no hands on events held due to restrictions but members of YMTB are still looking forward to you getting into the mix of things and to just enjoy yourselves.

There are plenty of activities such as themed scavenger hunts, local word find, playdough and slime recipes, sensory rice activities, take home library kits, take home cookie decorating and places to visit such as Tunzafun, NE Silo Art Trail, The Big Strawberry and Cactus Country or why not enjoy a cruise on the Paradise Queen.

Plan your days with friends and family (restrictions permitting) to gain the best experience with each other.

View the new website platform at www.yarrawongamulwala.com.au/whats-on/yarrawonga-mulwala-kids-festival to find “at home activities” or places to visit these school holidays!

This year’s event focus on ages 2-10.

Happy holidays!
