A new beginning for professionals

MRCLAW Principal Michael Coldham and Committed Financial Group Director Dominic Audino said they are both excited about the expansion providing customers property needs in the one place. With their new premises, they have more office space and are able to have several businesses under the one roof whilst also still having some extra space to expand further if necessary.

Michael’s practice covers all area of Law specialising in Conveyancing, Litigation, Wills and Probate; “with over 45 years experience there is not much I don’t know about the Law” he said.

“We will provide a one stop shop for conveyancing and finance requirements. It makes it easier for customers to do all their property affairs in the one place,” Mr Audino added.

Michael Was admitted to practise in 1977 having graduated from RMIT and started his own business in that year working from home. After moving to Yarrawonga in 2014 with his partner he started working from home and then shared offices with his friend Dale Brooks and now he is excited to be opening new offices this week.

“I have been a board member, executive and lawyer and have provided positive solutions in business, not for profits, NGO’s, outdoor recreation, sport, legal and social field,” Mr Coldham said.

“My specialties include a wide skill set in the Law, relationship and stakeholder management, communication, and engagement. “I have the skill to listen and to provide good service. I have been involved in the management of member-based organisation for many years. “Now we are doing our primary legal work in conveyancing, litigation, wills and probate and general legal matters.”

Joining MRCLAW in the new premises is Committed Financial Group whose Director Dominic Audino has had an interesting working journey which has included customer service, lawns and landscaping and significant retail.

In 2001 he began work as a finance broker in a RAMS franchise learning a lot about finance for a whole range of products. In 2008 he decided to open his own business and in 2009 he founded the current operations as CFG (Committed Financial Group).

“It has been a terrific progression in my journey in helping people secure their dreams,” Mr Audino said. “I now offer a full range of financial lending options with some well-developed training and skill. These include homes loans, refinancing, personal loans, asset loans and investment loans.

Joining the MRCLAW team is Catherine Blick.

Catherine began her conveyancing career working for Hargraves Solicitors as a Law Clerk developing her conveyancing skills. Upon moving on from Hargraves. “I continued my Law Clerk and Conveyancing work at Taylor and Whitty for three years before moving to Brooks Lawyers for the last three years,” Ms Blick said.

“I am currently completing my Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing (Victoria) and aim to also qualify in NSW. “I am excited to be joining Michael and our team in our new office and I look forward to continuing my service to our community in the conveyancing world.”

Raisa Wickramasinghe who has for the last few years worked as personal assistant to Andrew Shell will also join the team.

Raisa completed her Law degree at London University and was admitted in Sri Lanka and now Melbourne, she has worked as a para legal developing her shills.

“I have a graduate diploma in legal practice, Master of International Relations, Attorney at Law, Bachelor of Laws, Qualifying Law degree and Juris Doctor,” Ms Wickramasinghe said.

“I will finish my legal training in the MRCLAW office and focus on Immigration law. I am looking to getting admitted to practice under Michel’s tutelage.”
