ClubMulwala is set to make history this July with the launch of the inaugural Mulwala Blues Takeover, a three-day celebration of blues music that promises to attract music lovers from across the region and beyond.

Running from Friday, July 10 to Sunday, July 12, the event will transform ClubMulwala into a vibrant blues destination, featuring some of Australia’s most respected and talented performers.
ClubMulwala Marketing and Entertainment Manager Trish Storer said the event represents an exciting new addition to the club’s entertainment calendar.
“The Mulwala Blues Takeover brings together an incredible line-up of artists and offers something a little different for our members, guests and visitors,” Ms Storer said.
“Blues music has a passionate following throughout Australia, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with Mildura Entertainment to bring this successful format to Mulwala for the very first time.”
Leading the line-up is internationally acclaimed guitarist and singer-songwriter Geoff Achison, widely regarded as one of Australia’s premier blues performers.
Achison has spent decades touring throughout Australia, Europe and the United States, earning a reputation for his soulful guitar playing, powerful vocals and captivating stage presence.

The weekend will also showcase an impressive supporting cast including Matt Katsis Duo Timbakat, Stuart Holt, Bill Barber and Jarrod Shaw, ensuring a packed program of outstanding live music across all three days.
Presented by Mildura Entertainment, the Mulwala Blues Takeover builds on the success of blues festivals and music weekends that have attracted strong audiences throughout regional Australia.
The weekend will also showcase an impressive supporting cast including Bill Barber.
