The first was for $1,000 from the owner of Bundalong Tavern and Villas, Kayla Butler.
The Tavern has been a great supporter of the local Brigade and this is a sign of their appreciation towards the Brigade which assists in Tavern, Tavern Villas and caravan park fire plans and recently played a small role in the Australia Day Rodeo at the Tavern.
The organisers at this event paid tribute to all emergency services, which was humbly accepted and appreciated.
Exercises will soon be run at the Villas and Tavern and the CFA Brigade often uses the roads, paddocks and structures to conduct training exercises.

The second donation was a generous donation of $610 from Bundalong Café’s new owners, Ashwok and his family.
The Bundalong Cafe is a great place to sit a relax and, along with the General Store and Tavern, is central to the community.
The CFA is very grateful for their generous support.
Danielle Ferguson, 2nd Lieutenant said the Bundalong community was strong and the money would be used for training or equipment upgrades.
“It is also prudent to notify people that we are always looking for new members,” Danielle said.
“All people have to do is go to ‘recruitment’ in the CFA website and fill in the application.
“It is also timely for readers to turn their mind to changing smoke alarm batteries in houses, sheds and caravans.”
