The Yarrawonga Mulwala Cricket Club is again hosting the Woolworths Cricket Blast program for 5 to 10-year-old girls and boys wanting to learn to play cricket.
The entry level program gives girls and boys their first taste of cricket through fun games and activities, learning the basic fundamentals of bowling, batting and fielding.
This season there is a greater focus on having the kids in small teams that will play each other each week, while combining this with coaching while kids are waiting to bat.
The Lakers Little Blast represents outstanding value too. The price remains at $99 for the sixth season and sees every registered participant receive 10 sessions (6 pre-Xmas and 4 Term 1), a Blast Pack (FREE Shirt, FREE Hat and FREE Cricket Giveaway), a FREE WBBL/BBL Game Pass, Regular BBQs and Zooper Dooper at the end of each session.
All sessions are held at Victoria Park, so there is no travel and each session is around 75-minutes from 4.45pm that finish at 6pm.
