Intereach is a not-for-profit supporting regional communities in NSW and Victoria through services in aged care, disability, early childhood, and family support.

With 550+ staff and 100 volunteers, its workforce reflects community diversity, with women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, carers, and people with disability all represented.

Inclusion is woven into every layer of the organisation - not just policy, but practice.

Through its Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, Innovate RAP, and other frameworks, Intereach offers culturally safe recruitment, inclusive design, flexible work, and staff-led initiatives.

Local offices, like Deniliquin, champion access with community events and accessible environments.

By fostering belonging and equity, Intereach strengthens its services and its impact.
