Green waste amnesty before fire season

This is a great opportunity to clear gutters, mow overgrown grass, remove fallen branches and cut-back vegetation that could fuel a fire near your home.

Reducing fuel loads around your property is one of the most effective things you can do to protect your family, your neighbours and your community this fire season.

The amnesty is open to Moira Shire residents only, and a driver’s licence is required for proof of residency.

Don’t leave it until it’s too late; get your property fire-ready today.

Yarrawonga Resource Recovery Centre is at 81 Channel Rd and open every day from 8am – 3pm.
