The Winter’s Edge event promises an evening of gastronomic excellence, featuring a thoughtfully curated three-course menu.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a signature winter cocktail before joining guided tastings led by Corowa Distilling Co. Their specialists will showcase the intricate process of charring whisky barrels and share their expertise while explaining how each whisky harmonises with the evening's culinary offerings.

A representative from Campbells Wines will guide diners through their carefully selected wines, each perfectly complementing the family-style feast prepared by skilled chefs over open flames.

The evening's entertainment showcases performances by talented singer-songwriter Bobbie Lee Stamper, alongside Australian music icons Gary Pinto and Natasha Pinto, all unfolding against a backdrop of flickering fires and magnificent lakefront vistas.
