Lake Mulwala Lions celebrate

Outgoing president Margaret Best reported the club’s busy past 12 months and outlined the various community fundraising efforts.

Margaret said the club was made up of a happy group of volunteers who gained satisfaction and pleasure in belonging and working together.

The club’s treasurer reported that $14,000 was raised and distributed to many local charities.

The Lions foundations also benefited from the donations.

The incoming committee looks forward to another successful year, and thanks members who gave their time to the Lions to help their community.
