Link up for social connection

Deni Social Link was established specifically to provide an outlet for new residents to feel welcome in the community.

Group members Adam Connally and Jenny Fellows said the idea is that if people feel a part of the community and they are settled socially, they may stay in the community longer.

The group is made up of newcomers and long-time locals who meet for informal social functions, and are supported by Edward River Council.

The next event to be hosted by Deni Social Link is this Saturday at Harry Pepper Coffee in End St, Deniliquin, from 10am.
