Max’s on the Lake, or as it is locally known as Max’s, has been operating as a café and restaurant from the idyllic waterside setting at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourist Information Centre since the start of 2024.
Beautiful views of Lake Mulwala while sitting on the café’s undercover deck are to be enjoyed, with an award-winning coffee in hand, freshly prepared breakfast or one of the very many lunch menu options on offer.
With more than 50 years of food and beverage experience between them, Jade and Dan along with their team at Max’s offer a wide variety of speciality and handmade drinks, desserts and meals including their burger favourites, some street style items and menu varieties to suit everyone.
All with a friendly greeting and happy service.
Owner Daniel said the service, view and award-winning coffee the Cafe offers, is something you really can't go past.
Now open seven days a week offering breakfast, morning tea and lunch with menu board specials always changing, Max’s also offer a full Fish ‘n’ Chip menu on a Friday night to enjoy.
Both eat in and take away options are available across the week.
Max's also offers both on-site and off-site private catering.
