“It was my wife’s (Lynette) idea,” Doug told the Yarrawonga Chronicle.

Using 100mm pv pipe about 100mm long, the holes contain long screws in the base for rapid-set concrete to set and hold.

“When not in use, we put push on caps on top so no-one steps in the holes or our little dog Sammy does not break a leg,” Doug, a retired plumbing salesman said.

“A small hole in the lid enables you to pull them out.

“Playing a ‘round’ is a lot of fun while confined to home due to COVID-19.”
