Mission250 now have 181 incredible patrons signed up and supporting Moira FoodShare with just $10 a month, helping to get food to people doing it tough right across Northern Victoria.
Moira FoodShare general manager James Rouel said the project needs just 69 more participants before June 30 to hit the target of 250.
“We’ve been blown away by the support so far,” Mr Rouel said.
“It shows what’s possible when locals back each other. This final push will help us keep food on the table for thousands of people.”
Mission 250 is a simple idea: 250 people x $10 a month = $30,000 each year to buy fresh, healthy food by the truckload.
With demand growing and food costs rising, every dollar helps Moira FoodShare keep up—and ensure no one in the region goes without.
Become a patron today at https://mhacare.org.au/food-share/, tag a mate, share a post, or talk to your workplace about jumping on board and help Moira FoodShare spread the word and reach 250 by June 30.
“It’s not about big dollars—it’s about big hearts,” Mr Rouel said.
“If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time.
“Together, we can make a real difference.”
