Site preparation is underway, with civil works commencing in July and the clubhouse works starting in late 2025.
The first home settlements are expected by the end of 2025, marking a significant milestone in the project's delivery timeline.
Located on Woods Road, Springtree Yarrawonga has approval for 234 homes, architecturally designed for premium, low-maintenance living.
Homes in the project’s first stage are on the market from $424,000, with a variety of two and three bedroom options, created in partnership with local builder, YMH.
“As a Yarrawonga resident, I understand just how much this area has to offer,” sales manager, Lisa Kubeil said.
“From the beautiful lake and strong sense of community to the vibrant local shops and services, it’s an ideal place for over 50s looking to downsize without compromise.”
Ms Kubeil said early interest in the project had been strong from locals and from retirees from surrounding regions.
On completion, Springtree Yarrawonga will feature expansive community amenities, including a state-of-the-art clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling green, pickleball court and landscaped outdoor spaces, designed to foster connection, recreation, and wellbeing.

Springtree co-founder David Laing said the new project built on the growing number of quality lifestyle-focused communities the company was delivering across regional Victoria.
“Springtree Yarrawonga represents our ongoing commitment to expanding housing choice for over 50s in regional centres,” Mr Laing said.
“Having successfully launched our Springtree Cobram community and already having our new residents moving in, we’re excited to bring our vision for a vibrant, connected lifestyle to Yarrawonga, a region perfectly suited to active and independent lifestyles.”
Springtree’s founding team members have held senior leadership roles at national property firms including Stockland and Lendlease and played key roles in delivering major community and retirement projects.
Co-Founder Tom McDonald said Springtree Yarrawonga offered retirees a smart and secure investment, with no stamp duty, exit fees, or council rates.
“The community operates under a land lease model, providing long-term security and flexibility for residents seeking to unlock capital and reduce financial stress in retirement,” Mr McDonald said.
“This model gives residents the financial freedom to enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle, strong community connection, and access to first-class amenities, without the traditional costs of home ownership.”
Springtree Yarrawonga sales office will open in June on the Murray Valley Highway next to the Yarrawonga Medical Complex, near the site.
