Uniting acquires Amaroo Aged Care

Uniting will make every effort to ensure existing staff are transferred seamlessly and current agreements are honoured with both residents and clients.

Amaroo went into voluntary receivership in July, after it was revealed it owed $1.2 million to creditors.
