There was plenty of Friday cheer at the Rochester Business Network’s mix and mingle event.

Locals met at a reasonable 5.30pm on October 3 at Poppy Lane, the alley beside Rochester Hotel.

The evening was a chance to connect with faces new and old, with the RBN team encouraging members and non-members to head along.

While chit-chatting was the main activity on the night, attendees also embraced their productivity.

Guided by the RBN committee, ideas to improve the group and the town as a whole were put forward by mix-and-minglers.

Poppy Lane is sure to get a workout again in less than two weeks’ time, when OK Motels’ Rochester event rolls into town on Saturday, October 18.
