In January this year, Poolside Yarrawonga relocated to 2 Enterprise Way, just behind Bunnings, in their purpose-built new building.
“With the expansion of the business and the growth of Yarrawonga and surrounds, we needed substantially bigger premises to meet the needs of our customers and also to display our wide range of products,” Poolside manager Dale Ferguson said.
Poolside had previously operated in premises in Belmore Street since 2012, then in a small shopfront waiting for the newbuild to be completed.
The new showroom floor is approximately 450sq metres, and contains an extensive range of products.
“We have nine spas on the floor plus a 5m swim spa which is fully operational for demonstration,” Dale said.
“Our range of spas are Sapphires Spas – which is an Australian-owned business.”
Benefits of spas include creating a great family environment as well as health boosts via aquatic therapy or hydrotherapy exercises.

Spas can be used 12 months of the year. It could be -2 in winter and with heating, can be 30 degrees and so much enjoyed during the coldest part of the year.”
Aside from the spas, Poolside offers free water testing along with all the pool or spa chemicals required to properly balance your water.
There is also a wide range of accessories, pool pumps, chlorinators, filters, pool toys and spare parts to assist with the management of your pool.
“We have state-of-the-art testing equipment to give our customers precise analysis of their pool or spa water,” Dale said.
The brand-new Poolside Yarrawonga showroom features a wide range of pool and spa chemicals, parts, accessories, heating systems, pumps, cleaning equipment and tools – as well as nine spas and a 5m swim spa. Store manager Dale Ferguson and assistant Leonie Agius have the experience to give you the best advice about buying or caring for your pool or spa.
“The showroom floor is spacious and sets a nice ambience for our customers. They are able to move through the shop and view all products on display.”
With a large warehouse situated at the rear of the retail area, Poolside is now able to store a wide range of equipment and goods which not only stocks the store but also provides the service trucks with any chemicals or equipment they need.
The Poolside team have you covered, from installations, maintenance or supplies, no job is too big or too small.

Poolside’s vast new showroom is impressive.
The brand-new premises have made an impression on both staff and customers.
The move is proving popular with increased customer visits, enquiries as well as sales of pool installations, quotes and spa and pool accessories.
There is also ample parking for customers.
Manager Dale Ferguson is joined by assistant Leonie Agius, who has been at Poolside Yarrawonga for more than two years.
“Leonie is an asset to Poolside Yarrawonga, she is dedicated to her job,” Dale said.
“I enjoy working here, meeting people and helping them with any issues,” Leonie said.
The business is headed by owner Karl Hindson, who handles all facets of pool installations.
Installation covers everything from the actual installation to heating, tiling, fencing and concreting.
After install, customers are offered an instructional handover of the new pool or spa to ensure they fully understand how to properly utilise and maintain the pool and equipment.
Poolside Yarrawonga, in conjunction with Poolside Cobram, covers a radius of about 100km – from Yarrawonga and Mulwala to Bundalong, Cobram, Barooga, Tocumwal, Finley, Berrigan, Strathmerton, Numurkah and “all places in-between”.
The store’s three service trucks transport its pool servicing teams all over the district for pool balancing, cleaning and any equipment repair work with another truck designated for the pool installation team.
