Would you like a coffee with your carnival ?

Henry Michael and Abbey Whitehorn were happy to be on golf cart coffee delivery duty at the DHS athletics carnival.

The Deniliquin High School athletics carnival went ahead despite less than ideal conditions on Wednesday, but golf carts and coffee saved the day.

Memorial Park was a strange sight with a number of golf carts dashing across the oval conducting a series of jobs in a modern, efficient and somewhat exciting way.

The coffee run proved popular and results were back to the stewards in a flash thanks to the new mode of transport.

The events were all well underway and the obstacle course seemed a new, fun addition to the normal run of events.

Even an overcast day could not stop records being broken and students having a great day.
