Following very closely were Ken Fowler, Chris Lloyd and Cheryl O’Dwyer making 15 hoops each to be runners-up.
A further 9 players scored 12+ hoops in a session of high-level competition.
Thursday, December 5 - 7 players competed with Chris Lloyd and Lois Fiddes locked on 20 hoops each to be equal winners.
Lesley Dean was the runner-up making 17 hoops. Monthly Medal was cancelled due to insufficient numbers in each division.
Friday, December 6 - saw 19 players taking part in play with Maureen Percy, Anne Byrne and Marilyn Albert making 16 hoops each as the winners.
Congratulations Maureen on winning two weeks in a row! Having a very consistent week, Chris Lloyd came in on 15 hoops, sharing with Wendy Wiltshire also on 15 as runners-up.
Saturday, December 7 - There were 20 players competing with Helen Southam winning on 19 hoops, followed very closely by Helen Spackman finishing strongly on 18 hoops as runner-up.
Play was of a very high standard and once again, a further 9 members made 13+ hoops during the session. Well done to all members.
The croquet courts will be closed over Christmas for maintenance and will re-open early in the New Year with twilight sessions available, please contact the club for details.
Competition play will re-commence in February 2020.
