The $850,000 trophy arrived at 11am, delighting show goers and stopping by Amaroo Residential Aged Care before continuing its tour.
Coordinated by the Berrigan & District Race Club, the visit was part of the national Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour.
Berrigan will also be allocated a barrier in the 2025 Melbourne Cup, with a chance to win a $50,000 donation for local charity Horse Aid.
The show featured a wide range of entertainment, including the return of the scarecrow dressing competition, free kids’ activities sponsored by Bendigo Bank, and live music.
Cassandra Bush, 2025 AgShows NSW Young Woman, officially opened the event, praising the community’s milestone.
