Police seized two guns and a large amount of GHB at a Shepparton East house on the weekend.
Police seized a rifle and a single barrel shotgun when they searched the house on Saturday, April 12.
They also seized a container of 1,4-butanediol (GHB), which police allege was a traffickable commercial quantity of the drug.
Nicholas Joyce, 44, of Shepparton East, has been charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of 1,4-butanediol (GHB), possessing a firearm while a prohibited person, possessing 1,4-butanediol, possessing methamphetamines, recklessly dealing with the proceeds of crime namely $40,510 in cash, making a threat to kill, committing an indictable offence while on bail and possessing prescription medication without a prescription.
He appeared in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 14 in a filing hearing, where he was remanded in custody.
