But the five-eighth has warned the high-flying joint venture against becoming "soft-minded" ahead of their traditional Easter Monday clash with Parramatta.
In their last-start win, the Tigers overcame Jarome Luai's absence and an early 10-0 deficit to stun the previously unbeaten Warriors in Auckland.
The victory ranked among the most impressive in recent memory for the third-placed Tigers, who hadn't finished the first month of the season in the top four since 2018.
For the players who stuck it out during the three consecutive wooden-spoon seasons between 2022 and 2024, it's been hard to ignore the hype.
In career-best form at halfback, Doueihi said the world outside Concord was starting to take notice of the Tigers "for the first time since I've been here".
"As much as we try and stay away from it, I've got friends and everyone that sends me all the articles and everything," said Doueihi, who joined from South Sydney in 2020.
"You can't make sure everyone doesn't see it, it's there, it's on the TV and it's on your phone.Â
"Obviously it's good that the media is talking positively about us but we've done nothing at this club for the past few years."
The Tigers also won two of their first three games last year, albeit without such a statement performance as the round-three defeat of the Warriors or their battering win over North Queensland in round two.
They went on to post a 9-15 record and miss finals for the 14th consecutive season, with Doueihi conscious to remain grounded this year.
"By no means will myself or any of the 17 that go out on the weekend be patting ourselves on the back or going in with a soft-minded approach," Doueihi said.
"We're here to win footy games. We did that last week, we move on from that and we're really focused to get the two points out in Parra on Monday."
Doueihi felt back to "100 per cent" fitness after overcoming an adductor issue to line up against the Warriors.
"Originally I thought it worse than what the results showed but moved on from that, feel really good this week," he said.
