After two decades in Equestrian and representing her country at the elite level, Kate transitioned to triathlon late 2014 and currently trains under the expert guidance of coach Danielle Stefano at ElotikPro Triathlon.

After giving birth to son Henrik in 2018, Kate returned to the ITU circuit in 2019, seven months post pregnancy, and finished the 2019 season with several wins on the ITU circuit. Kate is currently working towards competing at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics.
As a registered Psychologist and Keynote Speaker, Kate is passionate about helping others to be the best they can be by providing tools and strategies to help others feel empowered and motivated.
