Anna’s emotional ties to Godfathers

Off her handicap of 19, she won the Ladies A grade event with 38 points on countback, on Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort’s Lake Course.

Twenty-seven-year-old Jack Cooke won C Grade with his big score of 42 points off a 34 handicap. That excellent result will now see his name appear on The Ken (Pascoe) Ellis Trophy as the day’s overall winner.

“It’s very important work that the Godfathers do in the community,” Jack said. “I thank everyone for making the day happen.”
