Pennant
Midweek: At home to Wangaratta with all three rinks getting up, winning 68 to 50 so collected all the points to stay in 6 th spot on the ladder.
Corowa Civic and their great green next, it’s nearly as good as Tunga’s.
A3s: Travelled to Border Golf and came home with a victory, 88 to 75 collecting 15 points.
Lost one rink, drew another and won the other two, so a mixed bag but a positive one considering Tunga had players involved with harvest.
Unfortunately for Tungamah, they are still cellar dwellers. Enjoyed the company and the cheese and bikkies. Thank you. Home to Beechworth next.
B1s: At home to Yarrawonga on Saturday and had a convincing win, 63 to 47 losing one rink by just one shot collecting 12 points.
Thanks Wendy Parker for your contribution and Tom Costigan for doing a great 3rd’s job, both with no notice. In 7th spot and go down the track to St James next who are 3rd on ladder.
Major raffle –$20 tickets available now
Flights and five nights’ accommodation in Noosa for two people, plus $1000 spending money.
Second Prize: Six tickets to a Storm game at AAMI Park in Corporate Lounge with extras.
