The Reserves will contest the biggest prize of all in football, securing their place in the big dance with a hefty 86 point win last weekend against Katandra.
For a chance at premiership glory, the Bears reserves will face the Deniliquin Rovers who finished second on the ladder, two above Tungamah but only a win better with the Rovers having the of the head-to-head battle this season.
The Thirds will also contest the 2025 PDFNL grand final against Strathmerton after a large victory against the Deniliquin Rovers in the Preliminary final, claiming the win by 82 points.
This match will be a hotly contested one with only percentage splitting the two sides at the end of the home and away season with the Bears holding a 62.7 percent advantage while the Bears also hold the advantage in beating Strathy in their only meeting this year.
On the netball court, the C Res match will also be hotly contested after a 12 goal win against the Deniliquin Rovers in the preliminary final.
The C Res Bears finished the home and away season in a great position, claiming second on the ladder, only percentage higher than their grand final opponents Waaia.
The Grand Final will be a rematch of the qualifying final, which the Bears will want to reverse, after going down to Waaia by a short margin of three goals.
To make this match even more enticing, these two teams played out a draw the only time they faced in 2025 with the C Res game set to go down to the wire and no team a clear favourite leading into the premiership decider.
The Thirds will kick off the Tungamah campaign, taking to the field at 10.40am, before C Res begins their premiership fight at 11.40am and the Reserves rounding out Tungamah’s tilt at the flag at 12.25pm at Memorial Park Deniliquin.
