The finals of the Autumn Spring Pairs will be our first post break highlight and even though a market is proving difficult to frame the Michael Barclay/Heie Hanson and Darren Thompson/Mia Macheda pairings should figure prominently.

Monday. May 17 and 24 saw rounds of the Autumn Pairs being fought out so those not involved looked to Wednesday night social events for their competitive fix.
Nev Page fell in on Wednesday 19th after Tony Cincotta very unfortunately went in off the black with the final shot of the match.
This was Nev’s first win for the year and, as a Collingwood supporter, he was extremely happy to get any sort of win on the board.
Wednesday, May 26 was contested by another big field and Tony gained rapid revenge for the week before when he toppled Debbie Harbrow, who is setting records of her own for finals appearances due to her very consistent play.
As people can see on the ClubMulwala website and in its members’ newsletter, we welcome new members or anyone who may like to give snooker a try. There are a variety of events held every Monday and Wednesday evening and there are plenty of opportunities for new players to join or come along to try our facilities out.
There are two excellently maintained full size tables available for competition, practice and visitor use, and a regularly updated handicapping system to ensure players from beginners to advanced level can compete equally.
There are also plenty of experienced and skilled players who can help with advice and tips on how to improve your game or perhaps adapt it for those who have played pub or social pool in the past.
Please contact us on either 0497 062443 or 0418 361779 or visit us on a Monday or Wednesday evening by 7pm if you would like to give snooker a try.
