The Club Pairs have begun and the Consistency Singles and Mixed Pairs will follow. There are only 4 more pennant rounds before the post-sectional matches begin on February 17.
Names are being taken for both the Ladies and Men’s end-of-season “Trip Away”. These are always good fun. The men are off to Tumut and the ladies’ trip, as always, is a surprise destination.

Men’s Singles
The final of the Men’s Singles was played last Thursday in windy conditions between Andy Dickins and Ken Widdison. Andy leapt out of the blocks and got an early lead. Ken found his line and length and evened up the score. It was a nip and tuck game until at 17 all Ken scored a four. He then applied the pressure to go on to a 25 to 17 win. This is Ken’s 7th Club Singles title, an admirable achievement. Ken will represent our Club at the Champion of Champions at Wangaratta on February 18.
