Arabella Bliss (C, WA, WD, GD): Despite not being an official player this season, Arabella has helped out throughout the season when we have been short. She is a dynamic midcourter who possesses impeccable ball skills and an uncanny ability for turnovers across the whole court. She is a composed and consistent player and has played a pivotal part in several of the teams wins throughout the season.
Brydey Maher (WD, C): Brydey completes our defensive unit, dominating our WD position. She provides relentless support to our ring defenders. She plays with a high intensity and never gives up. She makes tough work for her opponent each week with her strong defensive pressure and ability to defend into space. She also plays a vital role in our ball movement down to attack.
Georgia Henderson (WA, C, WD, GA, GD): Georgia is without a doubt one of our most adaptable players, with her exceptional versatility. Georgia impacts both ends of the court seamlessly, and can switch from attack to defence with ease. Her composure under pressure allows her to deliver accurate feeds to our goalers and she is able to execute clean turnovers in defence. Georgia will play an important role in our midcourt for finals.
Bella Hillier (WD, C, WA, GD, GK): Bella plays with enviable toughness and is one of our most reliable midcourt players. She is one of our key playmakers in attack, with an ability to read the play and her impeccable timing with feeds into our goalers. She plays with confidence beyond her years and plays a vital role with her on court voice.
Sienna Elphick (C, WA): Sienna is new to the club this season and has slotted into our team beautifully. She is a speedy midcourt player who uses her impressive speed to shake off defenders in attack. She remains composed under pressure and passes with high accuracy into our goalers.
Zoe Circuitt (GA, GS): Zoe plays with fierce determination and gives total commitment to every match. She plays as a dynamic GA, providing much needed movement in the goal circle. Her goaling accuracy is outstanding making her a part of a dominant shooting duo alongside Phoebe. This long standing goaling combination makes the girls’ game appear effortless.
Phoebe Newman (vice captain, GS, GA): Phoebe has proved herself as one of our top club goalers this season, with plenty of A-grade exposure this has helped fast track her development. Phoebe displays elite shooting accuracy, sharp spatial awareness and demonstrated a strong partnership with Zoe. Her steady growth on and off the court assists in her high conversion rate under pressure.
Hannah McBurnie (GD, GK, GA, GS): Hannah has played as our ninth player this season and provides us with some depth and variation at both the defensive and attacking ends of the court. Hannah moves effectively in the goal circle and equally so is dangerous in defence. She also provides some extra height at either end of the court.
