Another dominant display by the senior team as the team goes about their business in the lead into finals and their back-to-back premiership campaign.
Brodie Tyson was again dominant in the ruck allowing the Big O to roam around the ground like a 6-foot rover.
The forward line functionality was as smooth as always with Jackson Meade and Jack Sutherland controlling the airways and kicking straight for goal and Harley Middleton joining in forming a very formidable set up leading into finals.
Ground ball gets were picked up swiftly by the always silky Adam Rouel and Tom Dow and the number of midfielders swarming forward kicking goals is fantastic to watch for the supporters.

The team first motto instilled into the players by the coaching group is amplified by the brilliant way they have brought the Under 17s subs into the game throughout the year and all got around Riley Mitchell when he kicked truly from outside 50 to continue the run of Thirds boys kicking goals on the big stage.
The two Scott boys, Zach and Dylan were awesome again and are really enjoying their footy together back at the Lions.
A tougher game next week against Moama will be great leading into the finals campaign and it will be wonderful to see the loyal supporters down at the Lions Den for the final home and away game of the year.
Reserves
Tocumwal 0.0.0 def by Mulwala 26.13.169.
Another convincing victory for the Reserves who are hitting their straps at the right time of the year securing themselves a top two finish to the season.
Cameron Nye was unstoppable in the forward line and even managed to get a couple of free kicks from the league’s greatest Reserves umpire Charlie Sutton.
Jyda House and Sean Robinson helped Cam control the forward line and with no room for Austin Frauenfelder he was moved into the ruck where he took control of the rest of the ground in a dominant performance.

Kyle Abikhair was scintillating off halfback and along with the rebounding run of Isaac Pitches Tocumwal barely saw any forward action at all.
It was fantastic to see the little champion Matt McLachlan back out on the field as the team continues to get stronger leading into finals and a juicy match up against Moama in the final round next week.
Goals: C. Nye 7, S. Robinson 7, J. House 5, T. Wilson 2, J. Bland 2, J. Peters 1, A. Psaltiras 1, J. Macdermid 1.
Best: K. Abikhair, C. Nye, J. House, A. Frauenfelder, R. Bartlett, D. Psaltiras.
Thirds
Tocumwal 3.3.21 def by Mulwala 15.7.97.
A slow start and some undisciplined football saw a frustrated coach plead with his team at quarter time to stop giving away silly free kicks allowing Tocumwal to remain in the contest.
A similar second quarter where if not for the silky skills of Levi Saunders and Ollie Watson through the middle of the ground and the bullocking forward work of Max O’Bryan, Mulwala would have been in trouble.
The bull Jack Walls started things off in the centre square and a more direct approach to the forward line via the sure hands of Baxter Donovan in the second half saw Mulwala get on top on the scoreboard but not through the usual avenue of Jaxen Wheeler who was at times getting double teamed by his opponents.
The race to the top of the goalkicking list looked more assured late in the game as Jaxen showed his class to kick five last quarter goals and only needs a couple of snags next week to take out the award in what has been a fantastic year for the young forward.
Goals: M. O’Bryan 6, J. Wheeler 6, B. Donovan 2, B. Sissons 1.
Best: L. Saunders, M. O’Bryan, J. Walls, J. Wheeler, B. Donovan, O. Watson.
Fourths
Tocumwal 0.0.0 def by Mulwala 15.22.112.
The young Cubs were suited perfectly to the large Tocumwal ground and although the wet conditions weren’t ideal, the team set about dismantling the young Bloods from the onset.
Nate Leith was in scintillating form in the forward line and ended the day with a bag of six goals and anything that he didn’t mark was scooped up off the turf by the smaller forwards in Archer Kirchen and Henry Donovan.
Tige Sanderson and Maiko Leith swapped in the ruck and dominated their opponents all match while the usual suspects around the ground Van Kreeck and Axel Saunders gathered possessions at will.
Goals: N. Leith 6, V. Kreeck 2, N. McNamara 1, A. Kirchen 1, S. Sneddon 1, S. O’Bryan 1, T. Woodhead 1, M. Leith 1, H. Donovan 1.
Best: A. Saunders, N. Leith, V. Kreeck, T. Sanderson, A. Kirchen, M. Leith.
