The senior team came out with authority in the first quarter and stamped their strong presence on the game early with a fast-moving style of football kicking multiple goals early in the game.
Jackson Meade was brilliant forward and the ruck combination of Owen Conway and Cathel Devereux were influencing the game out of the middle creating the fast ball movement for the mids and many more forward opportunities.
The back line of Dylan McNamara, Harrison Meade and Max Hemphil were impossible to penetrate when the ball managed to get into their defensive line.
The midfield of Charley McKenna, Oscar Elliot and Kade Rowe controlled the ball and the middle of the ground, leaving Barooga no option other than to watch the Mulwala onslaught.

The reserves looked to the elder statesman of the club to step up and perform against Barooga on Saturday and it was the youngest of them Sean Robinson that took the game apart in the first quarter and throughout the rest of the match.
Robinson teamed up with Cameron Carling to score an impressive 12 goals between them. The younger brigade of Jye Brennan, Jack McDermid, Jaxon Wheeler and Kyle Abikhair controlled the midfield throughout the game moving forward ensuring the full back line filled with pensioners didn't have to trouble the stats sheet too often.
Youngster Beau Sissons played a great game on his wing in his 100th game for Mulwala, playing alongside family and friends in a true showcase of what country footy is about.

The Mulwala thirds have run away with a comprehensive victory against Barooga on Saturday.
Maiko Leith put in a dominant display controlling the midfield all game and Nash McNamara and Sonny Sneddon were good in the forward half applying constant pressure on the Barooga defenders.
This allowed Sonny O’Bryan to get on the end of multiple scoring opportunities.
Beau Sissons and Van Kreeck controlled their wings on the wide open spaces of Barooga allowing them to run and carry the ball forcing it forward on multiple occasions.
The defensive group of Declan Wood and Archer Kirchen were great in stopping the supply to the Barooga forwards and an overall great team performance that made coach Harry Haley very happy the team came away with a strong win.

The young Lions played their best game of the season against the young Hawks.
Great pressure from both teams saw a tight tussle in and around the ball to start the game.
The Lions gained control through the second quarter after throwing Taj Parker down forward to great effect.
Wally Hammond was asked to present he did his job perfectly, never giving up on any contest.
Finn Wood was fantastic in the ruck all day against a strong opponent and Byron Dodd collected the ball at will.
A great all-round performance and strong reply from a disappointing result last week.
