Cooler less windy conditions on Saturday, March 28 greeted the 48 ladies who played a game of Stableford out on the Murray Course. With the recent rain there is not as much run out there so scoring well is becoming harder to achieve.

B grade winner was Carolyn Boston (42) with 36 points and the runner up was Lila Bennett (30) with 35 points on a countback from Irene Cocks.

Tuesday’s game was the first round of our over 80's competition, or OBE as it is better known, as well as our normal golf competition.
On the Blue course, the winner was Paul Burke, who came in with 29 strokes to edge Bomber Mitchell and Eugene O'Connor, who both scored 30 strokes but were split on a countback.
Bob "Divi" Vann came close with 32 strokes, while ball prizes went to Ted Latta, John Traunini, Stuart Patton, Dom Fotia, and Dini LePore, who all finished on 33 strokes.

Coming in third was Artie Massey with 35 strokes, and ball prizes went to Len Elliss, Stuart Nixon, Gary Trube, Corny Boers, Rod Sissons, and Don Tipping.
Thursday’s damp weather saw a significant reduction in participants, so a ball competition was held as several of the OBE golfers opted to stay dry and pull out of playing.
On the Blue course, Warwick Sellars came in with 30 strokes to edge an unlucky Brendan O'Farrell by a stroke.
Ball prizes were claimed by Tony Shead, Paul Burke, Glenn Perkins, John Kolodziej, and Digger Dunne.
On the Red course, scoring was a bit more difficult, but Ray Pritchard’s 33 strokes were enough to take the honours from Stuart "the Fly" Paterson, who scored 36.
