Yarrawonga 42 defeated Wangaratta Rovers 28
A great win for the Under 15s this week.
The Under 15s really needed a win this week and they came out with an absolute bang. The girls have been working hard on shooter positioning, and transitioning down the court, which the girls were able to do seamlessly.
The defensive pressure was great all the way down the court, making it easy for the defenders to take intercepts which held the Pigeons in good stead all game.
A really big win for the girls and great confidence game for most.
Awards: Coaches award - Elsie Lidgerwood and Players player - Emily Liddell.
