A Grade fought hard against a strong opponent and put many training strategies together on matchday.
Defenders Heleena, Chelsea and Jenika implemented them fluently throughout the contest.
Brooke read the play beautifully and outshone those around her when directing teammates.
The game unfortunately ended in a forfeit, after a horrendous injury for the young star Demi Rhodes.
Rennie wish her a speedy recovery, A Grade are sure she will return stronger than ever before.

B Grade

Well… let’s just say it wasn’t B Grade’s day on the scoreboard, with the final result a 30 goal loss.
Unfortunately, the umpire was keeping score.
Jess and Lucy were absolute warriors in defence.
They spent most of the game glued to their opponents, who seemed to have springs in their shoes and magnets for hand’s.
Despite the challenge, B Grades defensive duo never stopped trying and gave it everything they had.
In the midcourt, Laura, Mykie, Lindsay and Indi never stopped running.
They worked hard to move the ball from one end to the other, weaving through traffic like peak-hour pros.
Their grit and determination kept B Grade in the contest.
Shooters Haylee, Eb and Chole made the most of every opportunity, which weren’t often.
The opposition defenders were mind readers, given their superhuman ability.
When the ball did reach the shooting circle, B Grade made it count.
It was a tough match, but the team showed real determination and a strong team spirit.
B Grade take away lessons from this game and will come back stronger next week.

C Reserve girls held their heads high despite another tough match against the Bloods.
Moments of brilliance and wonderful flow down the court, didn’t reflect the effort on the score line.
Rotations in the ring worked will with improved movement.
Britt, Loz, Shez and Meg did their best holding space and making multiple offers.
The mid court continued to work hard all game and put the pressure on when needed.
So much run and speed came from Dani, Georgia and Eden.

Under 17s
Rennie 29 def by Tocumwal 30
Unfortunately not the game the under 17s had hoped to play this weekend.
The girls all started the game flat and unsettled.
Many small errors that lead to turn overs were made, and Tocumwal capitalised.
Despite this, the under 17s didn’t drop their heads and continued to fight for the win.
Coach Brooke is proud of the side’s resilience and sportsmanship despite the tough contests on court.
Rennie netball club prides itself on its values and this game showed that they are instilled onto the juniors.
They are already working out what we need to do to improve and get back to their best.
The under 17s send their best wishes to vice-captain Demi Rhodes, who has sadly gone out with an injury.
The side are proud to have her in the team and know she will be the best leader from the sidelines.

The under 15s were ready for a tough game against Tocumwal.
The scoreboard didn't reflect the effort made by the side who played their hearts out.
Their passes were sharp, their calls were clear across the court, and all girls seemed to anticipate each opposition move.
Despite the loss, the under 15s showed impeccable teamwork and relentless drive, a testament to their strong communication and unwavering spirit on the court.
Bring on next week.

Tocumwal had taken the win but with the tireless defence of Ella and Tay in the ring, they managed to keep the shooters from scoring too many goals.
The Rennie attackers gave it their all with Ruby J, Ruby P and Lennie rotating in the ring, and Darcy kept her head up despite the scoreline.
